This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Hobiex Otomotiv A.Ş. (“Hobiex”) uses on the Hobiex B2B portal at b2b.hobiex.com, why, and how you can control them. Read it together with our Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage and session storage, keep information on your device in the same way. In this policy “cookies” covers all of them.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These are needed for the Portal to work: to sign you in, keep your session secure, and remember your language, cart and settings. They are used without consent, as permitted by law, because the Portal cannot function without them. All of them are first-party (set by Hobiex).

3. Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we also measure how the Portal is used. If you click “Reject” or make no choice, none of the following takes place.

The legal basis for analytics is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Art. 5(1) KVKK). The legal basis for strictly necessary cookies is the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in a working, secure Portal (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR, Art. 5(2)(c) and (f) KVKK).
4. Your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page, or here: . Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or place orders.
The Portal does not use advertising or social media cookies. Product images are delivered by bunny.net, which receives your IP address to serve the images but sets no cookies.
